It\u2019s been a very laborious process \u2013 which is why my last entry here was over four months ago. However, the collection is now in good shape for a digital preservation exercise, and is ready for transfer to a long-term repository if one can be found.<\/p>\n<p>Following the checking exercise, a detailed analysis was performed to derive statistics and rectify problems where possible.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pwofc.com\/ofc\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Checking-PAW-DOC-v1.0-31May2016.docx\">The report documenting the analysis<\/a> serves as a comprehensive status report on the whole collection at the end of May 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I reached a milestone today: my document collection is totally digitised, and every Index entry and associated Document Management folder has been checked.
